3rd Annual Horsepower Fest Press Release

The 3rd Annual Horsepower Fest Show-n-Shine is around the corner! This fun-filled family event keeps growing each year and we could not be more excited to share the details with you!!!

This show-n-shine event is for all things Horsepower benefiting the Semper Fi Fund is one you do not want to miss, bring the entire family, it is FREE ADMISSION!! Saturday, October 20th, 2018 on the grass area over looking the Colorado River at the Avi Resort & Casino in Laughlin, Nevada.

Gates open at 9am, Big Ricks Texas Tacos will be serving up their delicious food next to the full service bars that will be located outside on the grass with a Live DJ, mechanical bull along with bounce houses and face painting for the kids! Awards for the Show-n-Shine will be at 3pm but don’t worry the fun doesn’t stop there. There is a HUGE raffle including items like an Aqua Lilly Pad, Sand Jack and LED Whips, Spy Sunglasses, Gift Certificates and more. The grand prize raffle this year is a fully restored 1974 Tahiti Jet Boat with a 448 Big Block Chevy motor, this beauty will be ready to launch that day so be sure you bring a tow vehicle to drive it home!! Everyone is welcome to the free Horsepower Fest Pre Party on Friday, October 19th from 5pm – 10pm on the grass area at the Avi Resort & Casino! Come have fun with us and play corn hole, giant jenga, and beer pong!

They are one of America’s highest rated charities, dedicated to providing urgently needed resources and support for post 9/11 combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.
