Horsepower Fest is looking for vendors! Do you have a business that you would like to showcase at our show? Space is VERY limited so please apply now!

Vendor Spacing Price

Food and Merchandise Vendor spaces are $125 per 10′ x 10′ space. If you are interested please fill out the application below.

Business Licenses

A Fort Mohave Indian Tribe Business License is required by all vendors. The cost is $50 and is valid for the year. The application and payment authorization form is below.

Once the above business license and credit card authorization form is completed, please fax to 702-535-5440 or email it to evanstonhr@avicasino.com and note its for Horsepower Fest.

Food Handling Permits

If you are selling food, you need to possess a food handlers permit. If you are traveling from out of town, any sort of government issued food preparation permit is acceptable, does not have to be issued locally. If you are using any means of cooking food, you must have a approved fire extinguisher.

All vendors are required to purchase a Fort Mohave Indian Tribe Business License. The
license is $50 and good for the year. If you are preparing or serving food, you are required
to have a current food handlers permit from some sort of government agency. If you
have any questions about the permit process, feel free to contact us. All food vendors
are required to have appropriate fire extinguishing systems.
